Thomas Chung

Thomas Chung is a Managing Director and Head of Private Capital at Rothschild & Co, North America.  He has over 25 years of industry experience and a successful track record of closing over $40 billion in private financings for more than 300 clients since 1999.

Prior to joining Rothschild & Co in 2024, Thomas was the Head of Private Capital Markets at Nomura Securities and the Global Head of Private Capital Markets at Credit Suisse Investment Banking. He began his Private Placements career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (“DLJ”) in 1999.

He received a BS in Economics from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and an M.B.A. from Columbia University Business School.
