Jayne Greenwood

Jayne is Global Head of Human Resources for Five Arrows, based in the Paris office.

Prior to joining Rothschild & Co in 2015, Jayne was Senior HR Business Partner for the financial services division of Oliver Wyman, based in Paris for 10 years. She joined Rothschild & Co in 2015 as Head of HR for the Global Advisory division and the Five Arrows team in Paris, before taking on her current global role in 2023.

Jayne holds a BA in International Business Management with a Modern Language from Heriot-Watt University, and a Masters in Human Resources from the IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School.
