Giles Douglas

Giles Douglas is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Advisory at Rothschild & Co South Africa, based in Johannesburg. He joined Rothschild & Co in London in 1996, but left in 2003 to return to South Africa where he had a successful career in private equity and venture capital. He rejoined Rothschild & Co South Africa in 2014 and has a total of 28 years industry experience.

Giles originally trained as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with Coopers & Lybrand in London and has a Bachelor of Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town.
