Mireille's story
Mireille is Managing Partner of Five Arrows Multi Strategies (FAMS), which she helped launched in 2011 and is part of Five Arrows, our alternative assets arm. She is based in Paris. Her leadership encourages younger colleagues to express their views and grow their entrepreneurial mindset.

It's all about taking care of people. We pay a lot of attention to every member of the team. We really make sure that everyone is really at the right place and can really do the best for the group.
Even if people are still new in the organisation and they still need to learn a lot, they can still share their views.

Each time they come to us and say ‘can we do this?’ or ‘let's try this’ we say, ‘look, why not, let's go for it!’ And if it works, then it's great.
And that means that, even if they are a young Analyst or Associate, they feel ‘yes, I trust this guy, I trust this company. And I think it's the right thing for us to go for.’
And this reflects how we operate in Five Arrows as a whole. It's about flexibility, entrepreneurship, and also being backed by a large group, which is quite – I would say - unique."
