Alice Squires is a Partner and Co-Head of Investor Advisory at Rothschild & Co, based in London. She leads advice on all aspects on Investor Engagement including Activist Defence, M&A Transactions and Shareholder votes and has worked with a wide range of European Boards, FTSE 350 Companies and small and mid-cap clients across all sectors. Alice also focuses on ESG and Geo-political Advisory issues.
Prior to working at Rothschild & Co, Alice was Head of Deutsche Bank’s top ranked European Mid Cap Equity Sales Team and a Corporate Broker. She has an MA(Hons) Economics and Politics from Edinburgh University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
