Nathalie Bourdoncle began her career as a buy side european financial analyst at Lecointre S.A, an independent Portfolio Management company. She continued her career as an analyst in the European consumer goods sectors (luxury goods and cosmetics, air transport, hotels, etc.) at Neuflize OBC from 1999 to 2007. She joined Martin Maurel in 2007 as a thematic equity Portfolio Manager (Silver economy and small/mid caps). Following the merger between Martin Maurel and Rothschild & Co in 2017, Nathalie joined Rothschild & Co Asset Management as a thematic equity Portfolio Manager.

Nathalie holds a Master's degree in Business Law (Paris II-Panthéon Assas) and is a member of the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF).
