Dan Simmons‑Weakley is a Managing Director at Rothschild & Co, with over 15 years experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and capital markets initiatives. Dan is based in Sydney, Australia.

Dan works across a range of sectors, with particular expertise in real estate, hospitality and leisure. He advises public and private companies, financial sponsors and institutional investors on domestic and cross‑border transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, restructurings and capital raising strategies.

Dan holds an LLB (Hons) and a BCom (Finance) from the University of Otago, as well as a Masters of Law and Finance from the University of Oxford.
