Camille Pochat

Camille Pochat is a Partner at Rothschild & Co, specializing in Financing Advisory – Debt Advisory and Restructuring. She has been with the firm since 2008 and has advised on a wide range of transactions across European and, notably, French market. She has a specific focus on listed corporates and family-owned businesses on diverse capital structure transitions : acquisition financing, corporate reorganization or restructuring, refinancing, first-access to capital markets.

Prior to joining Rothschild & Co, she worked at Arthur Andersen / EY and holds an MBA from ESSEC Business and Master of Law from Sorbonne University.
