Aadeesh Agarwal

Aadeesh Aggarwal is a Partner and Global Co-Head of Global Markets Solutions (GMS) at Rothschild & Co. He has been advising clients for over 24 years. He has advised on a wide range of transactions including sellside and buyside M&A, both public and private. He has advised both listed companies and Financial Sponsor firms. While he has generally been sector agnostic, he has tended to align with Industrials and Services sectors.

He has lived and worked in 3 continents and advised clients on projects across multiple geographies. He has the responsibility of developing GMS and managing the firm's Financial Sponsor relationships globally. He holds a Masters in Law & Diplomacy (MALD) from Fletchers School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University and MA in Politics Philosophy & Economics (PPE) from University of Oxford.
