In 2000, Christa joined Rothschild & Co within our Global Advisory Finance Team in New York.
"Even at twenty-plus years, I'm still learning things. There's still things happening here as the business continues to grow.

And it’s not only that we just care about our employees, but we care about the environments and the communities that we live in.
It’s the type of people that we hire and it's people who are grounded, who care about their work, care about the people that they work with.
I don't think many people can say that you're happy to be part of something for that length of time and still be motivated to come to work every day and still be excited about it. And I am."

You need to have all different types of people from all different walks of life and cultures and countries in order to be able to connect with the various businesses and people that we work with and our different clientele.
I’m involved in transactions, and rolling out new programmes, things I’ve never done before in all my years here, I’m still learning."
