Portfolio Talent Lead
Lillian is the Portfolio Talent Lead in the Portfolio Operations Group, based in London.
Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2026, Lillian was Chief People Officer at OakNorth. Previously, she held various HR / Talent leadership and consulting roles in the UK, Germany and the US.
Lillian holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from ESADE Business School.
