Elsa Fraysse

Partner | Group General Counsel and Head of Legal and Compliance

Elsa Fraysse joined the Rothschild & Co group in 2014 as Head of Legal for Global Advisory in France.

She became Group General Counsel in 2020, and Head of Legal and Compliance of the Rothschild & Co group in 2022.

Prior to joining Rothschild &Co, Elsa Fraysse practiced as an M&A lawyer for 12 years, first in New York with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and then in France with Bredin Prat.

Elsa holds a business degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) and law degrees from Paris II university (Maitrise and DEA) and Harvard Law School (LLM).
