Antoine de Guillenchmidt is Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets Europe at Rothschild & Co, where he focuses on origination, client advisory and execution across the full spectrum of private and public equity solutions. He has over 25 years of investment banking experience.
Prior to joining Rothschild & Co, Antoine held senior leadership roles across equity capital markets in EMEA, spanning private, public and structured equity transactions, as well as cross-border financings for clients in the US and Asia. Antoine holds a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
