Henrik Adam

Henrik is a Director in the Investor Relations team, based in Germany, covering institutional clients in the DACH region.

Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2026, Henrik spent over a decade at Rothschild & Co Asset Management, where he was responsible for building and expanding the institutional Business Development platform across German-speaking markets. Previously, he founded and managed his own hedge fund strategy, and began his career as a Proprietary Trader at Dresdner Kleinwort.

Henrik holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Mannheim.
