Serena O'Keeffe

Serena is a Director in the Portfolio Operations Group, based in London.

Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2023, Serena was the global VP of Finance at RL Datix where she built and led the FP&A team, supporting multiple bolt on acquisitions including the transformational acquisition of Allocate and the subsequent integration process.

Previously, Serena worked at Litera Microsystems/Workshare, where she started as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and subsequently became the VP of Finance. She also worked at the Bank of Ireland, first as a Business Manager and then as an Associate in the Leverage Acquisition Finance department.

In her prior roles, Serena was on the board of Workshare and a board observer at RLDatix.

Serena graduated from Ulster University, UCD Smurfit Business School, and University College Dublin.
