Willis joined Rothschild & Co’s Wealth Management business in Zurich in 2018 and is now Head of Business Development, Data Analytics & Marketing at Rothschild Martin Maurel in Paris.

I joined the investment management team in Zurich in 2018, where I covered a broad range of sectors as an Equity Analyst. After more than four years there, I moved to our Paris office to take on the role of Chief of Staff to one of the Group's Managing Partners, working on strategic and cross-functional projects across Wealth & Asset Management.
The move enabled me to gain a deeper understanding of the strategic priorities for the business division across different countries and business lines, while working closely with senior stakeholders throughout the business. The experience reinforced the importance of taking initiative and creating your own opportunities.
Today, as Head of Business Development, Data Analytics & Marketing at Rothschild Martin Maurel, my focus is on helping to develop the European Private Banking Business, strengthening collaboration across our different countries, sharing best practices and supporting the expansion of AI as a strategic lever for growth. I also act as Chief of Staff to the Head of Rothschild Martin Maurel, and support the running of various strategic projects within the bank.
