Félix's story
Félix joined the Legal and Compliance team at Rothschild & Co over four years ago and is currently Legal Counsel based in our Paris office.
“When I joined, I found myself in a fast-growing department with many projects to develop.
It was a newly created role, so I had the opportunity to help shape it.”
I had wanted to work abroad for several years, so I was very happy to have the opportunity to join the team in London, while continuing to manage my responsibilities in Paris. I quickly built a local network with colleagues in the UK, both within Legal and Compliance and across the Group.
My experience in London strengthened ties between the Paris and London teams, broadened my understanding of different working cultures, and enriched my day-to-day practice.
