About the Team
The Group Digital team drives digital and AI transformation to enhance employee and client experience, improve efficiency and foster collaboration across the Group, within an international and cross-functional environment (Paris, London, Zurich).
Within this team, the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) stream designs, deploys and manages Digital Workplace solutions, while also driving their adoption by promoting Microsoft 365 tools and supporting AI initiatives, including Copilot.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Workplace Adoption Lead, who will lead the evolution and adoption of Digital Workplace solutions. In this role, you will also work closely with our Learning and Development team to define training paths and programmes that equip colleagues with the skills required to adopt digital and AI solutions across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Define adoption and training approaches for the Digital Workplace (Teams, Copilot, SharePoint, M365 apps, etc) based on Group priorities across all divisions and support functions.
Define training pathways and content for our digital and AI solutions at different levels of organization.
Work closely with the Learning and Development team and other key stakeholders to design and deliver effective training programs.
Drive cross-functional adoption initiatives and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including IT, HR, Legal & Compliance, business stakeholders across divisions, and Microsoft.
Monitor adoption and user experience metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile & Skills
5–10 years of experience in digital transformation, change management, or digital workplace
Strong understanding of collaboration, digital workplace, and AI tools
Ability to translate business needs into pragmatic transformation and adoption programmes
Strong communication and change management skills
Proactive, with strong initiative and a solution-oriented approach
Fluency in English and French
Previous experience in designing training and adoption programmes is a strong advantage
Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a plus
