Overview:
Rothschild & Co's Spring Insight Programme is aimed at students who are considering a career in financial advisory.

The programme is centred around our Global Advisory division, which includes our M&A, Debt & Restructuring, and Global Market Solutions equity advisory businesses. In addition to this, you will gain exposure to our Wealth & Asset Management and Five Arrows alternative assets divisions, offering a broad and valuable insight into the diverse career paths available at Rothschild & Co.

During the programme, you will have the opportunity to experience the working environment by spending time shadowing junior bankers, as well as taking part in informative skills sessions, listening to presentations and networking with bankers of all levels. We also run tours of our historical archives so that students can see for themselves how our success across two centuries has been shaped by the involvement of the Rothschild family, and how our business model makes us truly unique.

At the end of the programme strong performing candidates will be offered the opportunity to go through a fast-track assessment process for the following year’s Summer Internship programme.
