Pablo Hernandez Schmidt-Tophoff

Pablo is a Managing Director, Head of Houston and Head of Energy Services & Decarbonization at Rothschild & Co, North America.

Over the last two decades, Pablo has advised on numerous domestic and cross-border M&A, capital structure, restructuring, capital raising, board, shareholder and strategic advisory assignments across Energy, Infrastructure and Decarbonization.

Prior to joining Rothschild & Co, Pablo spent more than 14 years in Lazard’s Power, Energy & Infrastructure Group, most recently as Managing Director and Head of Houston. Before Lazard, he worked in UBS’s Latin America group.
