Andrew Grant

Andrew joined Rothschild and Co as a Partner. Prior to joining, Andrew was one of London's most experienced Strategic Communications advisors. In addition, he was also one of the Communications industry's most successful entrepreneurs. He Founded Tulchan Communications in May 2000, led its subsequent consistent growth over the next 23 years and in January 2023, sold Tulchan to Teneo.

Tulchan was established as a specialist Financial Communications Advisory firm. Tulchan, and Andrew, were involved in advising on some of the most significant transactions involving UK listed companies and some of the most challenging corporate crises. These included advising M&S in its defence against Sir Philip Green; RBS in its bid for ABN Amro; the IPOs of Hamleys, Royal Mail and Merlin Entertainments as well as advising on the subsequent terrible crash at Alton Towers. In recent years the Company advised the IPO's of Polestar, the defence of Unilever against KraftHeinz, the preparation of CVC for its IPO and International bidders for Sky Plc and RSA Plc.

He is longstanding supporter of Burundi Street Children; The National Portrait Gallery and Speakers for Schools.
