Rothschild & Co named Capital Markets Adviser of the Year for second consecutive year (English only)
Rothschild Global Advisory (RGA) has been named Capital Markets Adviser of the Year by IFR Magazine. This award acknowledges our achievements in both Debt Advisory and Equity Advisory.
This is the second year this category has been awarded and RGA has won the award on both occasions.
Judges highlighted our high deal activity and year-on-year increase in volume of transactions in both markets, and our debt and equity advice to governments and sovereigns.
Additionally:
- The US$1.2bn IPO of Athene (where we advised the company and sponsor Apollo Global Management) was named North American IPO of the Year
- Maxeda's €475m debut High Yield Bond was named European High Yield Bond of the Year
