Group Executive Committee

As at 31 December 2017 and the date of the present report, the Group

Executive Committee (GEC), whose members are the most senior corporate

officers of the Group business and support divisions, is the senior Executive

Committee at Rothschild & Co. In its role, the GEC participates in the overall

management and defining the strategy of the Group by Rothschild & Co,

represented by the Executive Deputy Chairman and the Managing Partners,

so that Rothschild & Co ensures its proper implementation across the Group.
