Our team has built a c.20 year track record of asset selection through Singe-Asset Continuation Vehicles and Co-investments.
FASA benefits from an enhanced sourcing engine, leveraging on the Group’s fund investments in more than 100 private equity teams globally and facilitating access to most transactions in the market.

Our investment strategy
We partner with leading private equity teams to invest in Single-Asset Continuation Vehicles or Co-investments in Europe and in the United States to build a portfolio of 10 to 15 companies.
We primarily focus on Data & Software, Healthcare & Education and Technology-enabled Business Services as we believe they are underpinned by positive structural market trends, balancing resilience and growth.
Our focus on small and middle-market transactions as well as on Single-Asset Continuation Vehicles provide us with a differentiating angle in this high growth segment of alternative assets.
