Ann Neidenbach

Ann Neidenbach is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in financial services and technology. She held leadership roles at Nasdaq, Citi, Cowen, and LSEG, with responsibilities across the U.S. and Europe. At Nasdaq, she served as CIO of Nasdaq Europe and later led global market technology delivery teams. Her final executive position was CIO Capital Markets and Group Head of Technology at LSEG..

Since 2022, Ann has been an Independent Director for Pico and Fnality and is also Chair of the Risk Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee for both companies. In 2025 she became an Independent Director for OneZero. Previously, while at LSEG, Ann was an Executive Director for the Borsa Italiana and MTS.

Throughout her career, Ann has overseen large-scale technology operations, product development, and strategic transformation initiatives across complex, regulated environments.

Ann earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Syracuse University in 1984.
