Rothschild & Co to acquire Livingstone in the UK (en anglais uniquement)
Rothschild & Co and Livingstone announce that Rothschild & Co's Global Advisory business will acquire Livingstone in the UK, subject to FCA approval.
Livingstone is a successful and long-established business providing M&A, debt and special situations advice to privately owned companies in the UK lower mid-market segment. Since its formation in 1976, the team has grown to include 34 bankers who have an outstanding track record and strong client relationships.
Rothschild & Co has been considering broadening its offering in the UK lower mid-market space for some time, following the establishment of its successful franchise in the same segment of the French market.
