Fraser Handcock

Fraser is Head of the Portfolio Operations Group, based in London.

He joined Five Arrows in 2019, and began his career at the consulting firm Bain & Co. working on private equity and business transformation projects in the UK, San Francisco, Sydney/Melbourne and Moscow. After Bain & Co., Fraser spent 7 years as part of Bain Capital’s portfolio team in Europe. This included extended deployments in some of their largest and most successful European investments, including FCI (electrical connectors), Brakes (food service) and Worldpay (FinTech). During that time Fraser undertook line roles in those portfolio companies including technology and sales leadership positions and chief-of-staff to the Group CEO at Worldpay.

On leaving Bain Capital, Fraser spent two years as the COO of the fast growing consumer brand Charlotte Tilbury, during the investment period of Sequoia Capital.

Fraser holds a 1st class degree in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
