We provide impartial, expert advisory and execution services to large and mid-sized corporations, private equity, families and entrepreneurs, and government entities.
We are recognised as leaders in restructuring advice and execution and have advised on many of the region's most high-profile and transformative assignments. We also hold an exceptional track record in large and mid-size cross-border M&A, and are seeing strong growth in our US domestic deal flow, leveraging our strength in several key sectors.
Merchant Banking is the investment arm of the Rothschild & Co group and deploys the firm's capital, alongside that of a select set of leading institutional and private investors. In the US we have a dedicated team in Los Angeles. We manage a series of funds across Corporate Private Equity, Secondaries, Multi-Managers Funds and Co-Investments, Direct Lending and Credit Management strategies.
