Seif Khoufi

Seif is a Managing Director, based in London.

Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2021, Seif was a Director at Wendel Group in London, a French listed family office. At Wendel, Seif helped set-up the newly opened London office, recruiting the team, and leading the firm’s sourcing and investment efforts in various new European regions. He also participated in developing and progressing Wendel’s long-term investment strategy, as a family office with perpetual capital. Prior to Wendel, he worked at Montagu Private Equity in London where he participated in various investments across Europe.

Seif started his career in 2007 with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Munich, where he focused on strategy and transformation projects.

Seif holds a Dipl.-Ing. From Technical University Munich, a MS in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
