Jean-Daniel Bertoncini

Jean-Daniel is Co-Head of FAGC, based in Paris.
Prior to joining Five Arrows in 2020, Jean-Daniel worked at Vitruvian Partners in London where he focused on growth capital and buyout transactions in the technology space.
Prior to Vitruvian, Jean-Daniel worked at Blackstone’s Private Equity Group in London where has was responsible for the analysis, execution and monitoring of investments mainly across the Business and Financial Services sectors. Previously, he worked at Hellman & Friedman in London and San Francisco where his focus was primarily on the Digital Media and Software sectors. Jean-Daniel started his career advising on Mergers & Acquisitions for Credit Suisse in London and New York.
Jean-Daniel currently sits on the boards of Kpler, KidsKonnect and padoa.
Jean-Daniel holds a BA/MA in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from Sciences Po Paris and earned an MBA from INSEAD where he also attended The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
