Burger King® France is a fast-food restaurant chain comprising 459 restaurants as at the end of 2017 (256 Quick and 203 Burger King®). In 2015, Burger King®'s owner Groupe Bertrand acquired Groupe Quick and embarked on a programme of converting Quick outlets to Burger King® restaurants.

In July 2018, Bridgepoint secured a bilateral deal with Groupe Bertrand to acquire a minority stake in the Burger King® master franchisee. As part of the transaction, a new PIK Note has been issued to refinance existing debt and fund expansion, in which FACS participated.
