Biogroup is the largest network of clinical laboratories in France. The group was created from a single site laboratory in 1998 and was built through acquisitions and integration of regional laboratories.
As part of a larger acquisition financing package, FADP III provided a Second Lien loan to help Biogroup finance the acquisition of CMA-Medina, the leading laboratory testing group in Belgium.
