Satoshi Kitada

Satoshi Kitada is a Managing Director and Head of M&A in Japan at Rothschild & Co. Satoshi has over 25 years of investment banking and advisory experience, with expertise in originating and executing M&A mandates across a broad range of industry verticals.

Prior to joining Rothschild & Co. in 2024, Satoshi worked in the M&A Advisory Group at SMBC Nikko in New York and Tokyo, executing public and private M&A transactions across a variety of industries, with a focus on cross-border transactions. Before that, he was a Managing Director and Deputy Head of the Financial Institutions Group at UBS Investment Bank in Tokyo, where he advised financial institutions on M&A and corporate finance transactions. He began his career at Arthur Andersen.

He graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Keio University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
