The New York office focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt Advisory, Restructuring, and Equity Capital Markets advisory work.
The Washington D.C. office focuses exclusively on Mergers & Acquisitions work in the mining sector.
The Chicago office focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions work in a number of industries including consumer, industrial, and business services and focuses on corporate strategic as well as private equity clients.
The Los Angeles office focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions advisory work in a number of industries including Consumer/Retail, Industrials and TMT.
The Palo Alto office focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as Capital Markets Advisory in the Technology sector.

The Sophomore Women's Program is an immersion program held in our New York office in early April. This 3 day program offers Second-Year College Students a unique opportunity to gain early insight into a career in Financial Services. A broad range of workshops and exposure to our most experienced bankers will be available to you along with networking opportunities throughout the program.
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program with an anticipated graduation date no later than May 2022
- Demonstrated academic excellence; GPA of 3.2 or higher
