Program Description
The Black Leaders Program is a four-month career development program that is focused on recruiting Black/African American students. Applicants must have a desire to learn about financial services and an interest in starting a career in investment banking. This program offers an immersive approach to maximize learning, access, and development opportunities. Participants will gain insight about the financial services industry, investment banking, and Rothschild & Co as they embark on a unique experience designed to educate, train, and inspire talented, ambitious sophomores. You will gain a good understanding of the industry as a whole and what a career at Rothschild & Co might be like.

Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an anticipated graduation date no later than May 2027
- Demonstrated academic excellence
