Rothschild & Co Wealth Management has a Banking Services team located in Guernsey which provides banking services to our clients who are resident worldwide.

The Banking Services Team

The Banking Services team is responsible for the provision of banking services to private clients and their trust and company structures. This includes current, fixed and notice accounts, Visa cards, a range of payment services, mobile and internet banking and foreign exchange services.

Overview of Role

We are seeking a Card and Digital Banking Support Officer to support the Banking Services team.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Banking

Provide first and where appropriate second line support to users of our Mobile and Internet Banking services.  Responsibilities include:

  • Set up of new clients from application to registration, and providing navigation guidance
  • Deletion of existing clients
  • Queries and ongoing client support
  • Logging of issues, and liaising with I.T. and app developers, with follow through to resolution
  • Contribute to the continued development, implementation and growth of our Digital Banking service

Card Services

Support the Banking Services card programme.  Responsibilities include:

  • Processing client and staff (corporate) card applications
  • Set up of clients on the CardAssist app
  • Supporting clients with e-wallet set up
  • Card renewals
  • General queries, limit adjustments and card cancellations
  • Liaising with the card producers
  • Card fraud matters
  • Daily, monthly, quarterly reporting
  • Card reconciliations

Projects & Change Management

Support Card and Digital Banking related upgrades and enhancement projects.

General

The role will also entail support and cover of other administrative tasks within the Banking Services team.

Skills and Experience Required

Experience

  • Some financial services industry experience would be helpful though is not essential

Educational qualifications

  • Candidate must have a strong educational background

Other

  • Applicants should hold a valid Certificate or Permit which allows them to work in Guernsey
