Overview of Role
For our office in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for an Junior IT-Support (m/w/d) to support our IT team as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Primary contact for external IT in Frankfurt including both physical access to the building and liaison with users.
- Primary contact to Group IT in matters regarding Frankfurt infrastructure
- Hardware (Inventory, Configuration, Installation at desks)
- Communications (internet, Rothschild & Co network) – co-ordinate between global IT and local providers/troubleshooting
- Arrange repairs and onsite technicians (PCs, notebooks, monitors, printers, etc.)
- Select/implement/manage printers
- Troubleshoot Market Data connectivity and vendor issues.
- Helpdesk for Frankfurt users
- Support for guests (Rothschild & Co as well as external)
- Support with presentation and video conference equipment (MS-Teams Rooms)
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi issues and escalate to external IT
- Create/update documentation and user guides
- Business continuity planning & testing
- Installation/familiarization with special software (e.g. accounting, personnel, presentation support)
- Infrastructure tasks (e.g. maintenance network equipment)
- Mobile devices and accessories. Configuration and User training
- User administration (create/delete/modify user accounts / help departments with customized accounts i.a. presentation unit, printing support) / Partially
- External IT escalation management for user calls
- Support Microsoft Teams & Sharepoint
- Readiness to travel
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
